Conditions

Below, we will provide you with a little more information concerning reservations, advance payments, damage, deposits and complaints.

CHECKING IN

You can check in from 15:00 onwards and check out until 10:30.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the holiday home and after consultation with us, 1 small / medium-sized dog is allowed.

RESERVATION

After processing a reservation, the lessor will send the renter a (written) order confirmation, including an invoice, within 14 days. The order confirmation and the invoice need to be checked for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Potential errors must be reported to the lessor immediately, but no later than within eight days after receipt.

ADVANCED PAYMENT/DAMAGE/DEPOSIT

The deposit is not a form of rent. It is transferred back within seven days after leaving, if the following conditions are met:

  • No damage has been inflicted to the house or the contents of the house, unless through normal use.
  • No fines have been incurred due to illegal activities, the presence of pets, other forms of rental or services made use of during the stay.
  • All waste has been disposed of in the intended containers and all the used kitchen inventory has been cleaned and tidied away.
  • All keys have been handed back into the caretakers and the residence has been locked.
  • The renter has not been expelled from the accommodation by the owner (or a representative of the owner) nor by the police.

PAYMENT

A first payment, equal to 50% of the rental rate, must be paid no later than 2 weeks after booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The outstanding amount must be paid up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION

For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total rental fee or € 50 is charged (the largest of the two). Cancellations or modifications (within 30 days before arrival) resulting in a shorter stay cause the right to the restitution of the advanced payment and first payment to lapse. Neither the cancellation of a stay or an early departure gives the right to restitution.

MAXIMUM OCCUPATION

The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) people. You can receive visitors, but they are not allowed to stay the night.

Pets

1 dog is allowed in consultation with the managers. For this we charge a surcharge of € 25.00 per booking for cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed on the indoor furniture (including beds) and garden furniture. You bring your own basket, pillow for your pet. You can walk your dog in the designated places, but not in the garden of the holiday home. In case of an “accident” you clean this up yourself! You ensure that your pet does not cause any inconvenience to fellow tenants in the park.

MINIMUM DURATION OF STAY

The vacation home must be rented for no fewer than three (3) consecutive nights. Longer minimum stay durations may apply during vacation periods. If guests reserve for fewer than three nights, the rate for three nights is applied. 

LINEN

We ask renters of linen, bathing-towel or kitchen-textile packages to use these items within the house. You are requested to bring your own bathing towels along for outdoor trips. You are not permitted to take rented linen off the premises.

RATE CHANGES

Rental rates can be modified without prior announcement.

FALSE RESERVATIONS

Reservations made under false pretenses will result in the withholding of your payments, advanced payments or rental fees, and the party in question will not gain access to the house.

COMPLAINTS

We always do our utmost to make sure you have a pleasant stay. If you have any complaints, we would like to hear from you personally. Please contact us as soon as possible should there be any complaints.
